“Helen’s yoga class for mothers is a wonderful wind down for Tuesday evenings. She seems to have an intuitive sense of what is most needed week to week: more energetic or more restorative, though every class has a nice balance of both. Helen has a warm and wise presence and brings a personal touch to all her classes, even over zoom”

“I first took a yoga class with Helen in 2019 - doing mum and baby yoga with my daughter. I really enjoyed the class as it felt like a small amount of "me time", the yoga felt gentle for my post-natal body and Helen was brilliant at engaging with the little ones. I've now moved on to a weekly class without the little one which always leaves me energised and feeling more positive about things. I have also been on one of Helen's mini retreats - a morning of yoga, massage and relaxation. Great value and a lovely way to recharge my batteries away from the pressures of family life!”

“I have been going to Helen's classes for 3 years now, starting with pregnancy yoga, then mother and baby, a general class and more recently the classes over zoom. Helen always provides a calm, nurturing space and her great sense of humour always means I leave in a great mood. The classes are always varied and interesting with adaptations for those who need them. Helen manages to strike just the right balance where I feel like I've done some good work, but I've also managed to relax at the same time. She is a wonderful teacher!.”

“I received wonderful pregnancy massages from Helen from when I was 20 weeks right through to the end of my pregnancy. There is nothing like having a massage in the comfort and privacy of your own home. It is particularly great at the later stages of pregnancy when it is harder and more exhausting to travel. She provides the perfect combination of feeling your body and sore muscles are worked on plus very relaxed and nurtured. The fact that she’s a doula, yoga teacher and also a mum is great as she has a lot of wisdom to share. It’s so important to look after yourself whilst pregnant, book in with Helen!”
