ONLINE AND IN PERSON TEEN YOGA CLASS

£10 a class/Concessions available/Booked termly
Adapted to the age group and gender, classes are child lead as much as possible, interactive and fun with music, partner poses, discussion. Inspired by yoga philosophy, themes such as contentment, boundaries, good health and success can be explored with a light touch.
SCHOOL GROUP SESSIONS
Within the school day as PE or PSHE or an Enrichment/Drop down day. Working with the whole school or a targeted year group.
1-2-1
Working privately or with children excluded from mainstream school. Those with complex behavioural or special educational needs.
